James H. Reynolds

Jim Reynolds joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in April 2011. Prior to joining the Bowlin Group, Mr. Reynolds was Vice President Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Multi-Color Corporation from 2005 to 2010. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Reynolds held various financial positions with Cincinnati Bell Inc., including Vice President Finance and Vice President Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to 2000, Mr. Reynolds held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. Mr. Reynolds completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, Mr. Reynolds is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
