Melissa Webb

Melissa Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and business operations. As General Manager at Bowling Green Flight Center since June 2019, Melissa has managed the implementation of the TALON software system, daily operations, payroll, human resources, and student retention initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an Academic Advisor for various engineering and technology programs at Bowling Green State University and holding multiple residence hall leadership roles at several universities. Melissa holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University, a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Manchester University.
