Karen Murphy Am

Karen Murphy AM is an experienced professional in the field of sports, currently serving as the Bowls Australia National Assistant/Para Head Coach since April 2021. Since April 2020, Karen has also taken on the role of AIS Lifeline Custodian at Lifeline Australia and participated in the CGA Athlete Advisory Group with Commonwealth Games Australia. With a long-standing connection to the Cabramatta Bowling Club as a contracted player since February 2007, Karen has held the title of sponsored athlete with both BCIB Insurance and Henselite Pty Ltd. Additional leadership contributions include serving as a board member for the CGA NSW Division from April 2020 to May 2024 and coaching high performance at Karen Murphy Bowls Clinics until April 2021. Karen has been an active athlete for New South Wales State Team and Bowls Australia throughout the years, while also pursuing various educational programs focused on management and leadership from prestigious institutions.
