Jenifer Melby

Jenifer Melby, Esq., CEDS, serves as the Director of eDiscovery and Client Advisory Technology Services at Bowman and Brooke LLP since March 2015, where responsibilities include leading litigation and e-discovery support services, managing client relationships, and driving strategic business initiatives. Prior to this role, Jenifer held positions at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, where duties as E-Discovery/Litigation Support Manager involved consulting on e-discovery best practices and overseeing project management, and as Client Technology Services Project Manager, focused on complex litigation and vendor collaboration. Earlier experience includes serving as Document Analyst/Review Project Manager at Faegre & Benson LLP, managing document reviews, and practicing law as an Attorney at Balogh Becker and Schmidt & Hoffer in commercial litigation. Jenifer earned a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
