Michael Bruen

Mike Bruen currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Bowman Consulting, having been with the company since November 1996. In this role, Mike collaborates with the CEO, CFO, and business unit managers to formulate and implement business strategies focused on growth and profitability, while also contributing to the company's acquisitions and integrations. Previously, Mike held various positions at Bowman, including Project Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager, overseeing numerous land development projects in the Washington DC metro area. Prior to Bowman, Mike was Director of Engineering at Dove and Associates, and held project management roles at the National Association of Home Builders Research Center and Long Brown and Associates. Mike Bruen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
