Thabang Matabane

Thabang Matabane is an experienced talent and human resources professional currently serving as a Talent Manager at Bowmans (Law Firm) since July 2021. With a career spanning various roles, Thabang has worked as a Human Resources Consultant since May 2020 and previously as an Independent Consultant at LEGAL RESCUE Pty Ltd. From January 2015 to July 2019, Thabang held the position of Head of HR RDC at Roche and served as Snr. HRBP Project Manager and HR Project Manager at Edcon from January 2012 to January 2015. Thabang also worked as Snr. HRM/OD Manager at Masscash Holdings (Pty) Ltd from July 2009 to January 2012 and as Divisional HR Manager at Advtech Group from September 2005 to June 2009. Thabang holds a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
