Jerrilyn Malana

Jerrilyn Malana's work experience includes serving as a Chief Deputy District Attorney/Human Resources at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office since 2016. Jerrilyn was previously a Shareholder at Littler Mendelson from 1999 to 2016, where they represented employers in employment-related litigation and provided counseling and training to avoid claims. Before that, they worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Louisa S. Porter at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California from 1998 to 1999.

Jerrilyn Malana completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from UC San Diego in 1986. Jerrilyn then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Chaminade University of Honolulu, which they successfully completed in 1991. Jerrilyn furthered their education by attending the California Western School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with honors, magna cum laude, in 1998.
