Michael Thaxton

Michael Thaxton is a Manufacturing Engineer at Bowmar LLC since January 2022, previously serving as a Quality Engineer at SMI Division of DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. from November 2017 to October 2019. Prior to these roles, Michael was a Product Engineer at Pyromation for 25 years, where significant contributions included implementing ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and achieving NVLAP accreditation for the Metrology Laboratory, along with developing Statistical Process Control (SPC) standards. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the Indiana Institute of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2012.
