Neil Brook

Neil joined the company as a Senior Engineer in 1989 and impressed with his can-do attitude and ability to get the job done. In 2006 he joined their Special Projects Division to lead on some of their more prestigious or challenging projects.

He was a finalist in the Construction Manager of the Year Awards for his work as their Project Director on St George’s Park – the FA’s National Football Centre, near Burton upon Trent. His tenacity and commitment was rewarded in 2013 when he was appointed the Regional Director of the North West.

He was appointed to the main board in September 2020 and became Group Construction Director in January 2022.

Neil is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and away from work enjoys cycling – on track and road – and walking in the Lake District with his family.
