Nick Kavelakis

Nick Kavelakis is the Group Construction Director at P3 Logistic Parks. Nick has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, project management, and construction.

Nick started their career as an Associate at Arcadis EC Harris in 2007, where they were responsible for project management and delivery of LEED Gold A-Class office buildings in the Czech Republic. In 2015, they became the Commercial Real Estate Development Manager at Arcadis, where they were tasked with sourcing real estate investment bookings from Clients across all market sectors.

During their time at Arcadis, Nick has worked on several high-profile projects, including the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund's acquisition of Times Square Tower in NYC, the Skype Prague Expansion Program, and the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty broadcasting facility in the Czech Republic.

In their current role as Group Construction Director at P3 Logistic Parks, Nick is responsible for leading and managing the construction team to deliver high-quality logistics parks across Europe.

Nick Kavelakis has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde, a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction / Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Combined Studies (General Engineering, major in Civil Engineering and Maths) from Heriot-Watt University.

Nick Kavelakis reports to Frank Pörschke, CEO. Nick Kavelakis works with Tomáš Míček - Managing Director, Czech Republic, David Marquina - Chief Development Officer, and Katie Schoultz - Group General Counsel.
