Karthik Raja

Karthik Raja has extensive work experience in the field of actuarial pricing. Karthik started their career as an Actuarial Intern at Milliman in 2008. Karthik then worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Milliman in 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Karthik served as a Senior Actuarial Consultant at Deloitte. In 2015, they joined Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company Limited as a Senior Manager in Actuarial Pricing. Karthik then moved to Swiss Re in 2017, where they initially held the position of Team Lead for Medical Reinsurance India in Products & Actuarial Pricing. Later on, they worked as a Medical Pricing Expert in the same department. Karthik is currently working at Bowtie Life Insurance Company as a Vice President in Actuarial Pricing since 2023.

Karthik Raja has an AIA degree in SP 1 - Health and Care Insurance from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Karthik also holds an MBA in Actuarial Science from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Accounting and Finance from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
