Aggie brings with her over 15 years' global experience working in Australian ASX 100 and iconic international companies. Her extensive experience has been honed in vibrant leadership roles, leading and inspiring teams, and expertly coaching HR, business and leaders through periods of significant change.

Aggie has worked across a range of industries including Engineering, Defence, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, Workforce Career Management and Banking, in companies that include Thales Australia, Coles Myer, Ericsson, Audrey Page & Associates and Commonwealth Bank.

Aggie is also a registered Psychologist and an accredited Executive Coach.

As an advocate for inspirational and positive leadership at all levels, Aggie believes that people and culture is what makes organisations successful. She is deeply passionate about creating high performing, diverse and inclusive teams, and improving organisation capability through strong, supportive leadership.

As the Executive Director People and Culture, Aggie will lead the Valuing Our People Strategic Theme ensuring that we continue to build an engaged, capable and safe workforce.
