Belinda Berwind

Belinda Berwind is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in fostering organizational culture and human resources strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People & Culture at Premier Dental US since August 2025, Belinda also founded Newfangled HR in January 2017, providing specialized consulting services to small- and mid-sized companies. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at AWE, HR Business Partner at Piramal Pharma Solutions, and Talent & Development Manager at Omni Cable. Belinda's career began at Automated Financial Systems, Inc., where multiple roles were held over several years. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Villanova University, along with additional education from Cornell University.
