Franklin O'Carroll

Franklin O'Carroll has extensive experience in business development and partnerships within the education and training sectors. O'Carroll holds the position of Director of Business Development at Box Hill Institute and previously served as Director of Partnerships and Attraction at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria. Franklin O'Carroll has also contributed as Deputy Director of Industry Skills for the North East Link Project and served as Associate Director at Holmesglen Institute. Additionally, O'Carroll was the Group Business Development Manager at Spectra Training. Educational credentials include studies at Technological University of the Shannon in Athlone from 1997 to 1998 and at the Institute of Technology, Sligo from 1994 to 1996.
