Kim Chan is an experienced architect and educator with a diverse background in architectural design and teaching. Currently serving as an Architect since November 2019, Kim also teaches the Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) at Box Hill Institute and Holmesglen. Previous teaching experience includes a position at RMIT University from June 2021 to June 2022. Kim's professional journey began as a Draftsman at JNDesign in 2010, and has included roles as an Architectural Assistant at R Hamilton Wilson & Associates and Artech, and as an Architect at Denton Corker Marshall from March 2016 to November 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Architecture from Deakin University, complemented by various certifications in education and building construction.
