Neha Mahajan

Neha Mahajan has extensive experience in student recruitment and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Domestic Student Recruitment at Box Hill Institute since September 2014. In this role, Neha oversees the dissemination of information about the Institute’s courses and services, ensuring a high level of customer service while liaising with faculty and administration. Prior to this, Neha worked at Coles Express as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included cash management, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store presentation. Neha holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Box Hill Institute, and has trained as an NLP Practitioner at Neuro Masters Academy.
