Jonathan Hill is the Founder and Director of Catalyst Performance and Leadership Development Ltd., a professional coaching and training company. Additionally, Jonathan serves as a Program Leader at Box of Crayons, focusing on transforming organizations into curiosity-led cultures. With previous experience at Red Bull as a Research and Insight Manager and Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Category Marketing and Operations Manager, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience in commercial and consumer research, category planning, and man management. Jonathan holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Hull and is an ACE certified coach and an ACC Associate Certified Coach from WBECS and the International Coaching Federation, respectively.
