Deseri Garcia

Deseri Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and team development. Operating since April 2006 with Vida Aventura, Deseri focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their potential. As a Program Leader at Box of Crayons, Deseri assists managers in becoming more coach-like through impactful workshops. A certified yoga and meditation instructor since 2014, Deseri leverages personal experiences to emphasize the transformative power of meditation. Previously, Deseri facilitated team-building initiatives with the S.P.I.C.E Challenge Program and served as President of Rainmakers Marketing Group, a leading professional networking organization. Additional experience includes roles in leadership development coaching and global business development, with a Bachelor of Science in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Ball State University.
