Seb Castle

Seb Castle is a seasoned Documentary Development Executive currently at Box To Box Films since March 2023, previously serving as a Documentary Development Producer at Lightbox and Plum Pictures from February 2022 to March 2022 and October 2017 to February 2022, respectively. With a strong background in developing TV documentaries, factual series, and entertainment shows for international platforms, Seb has honed skills in factual/entertainment TV development, narrative content development, and contemporary cultural research. Prior experience includes a role as Development Assistant Producer at The Connected Set, where original content across various formats was developed. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Digital Television Production & Management from the University of Brighton and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts from Royal Holloway, University of London.
