Nicholas Harvey

Nicholas Harvey is an experienced professional with a strong background in product operations and program management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Product Operations at Box since August 2021, Nicholas previously held the role of Senior Program Manager & Product Operations at Adobe, where responsibilities included supporting the Document Cloud Product Management team. Prior to Adobe, Nicholas was Senior Director of Program Management at Switchfly LLC, achieving a 47% growth in account value and a $17.5M portfolio. At LesConcierges, Nicholas guided a team generating approximately $13M in revenue and introduced a governance model. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Product and Program Management at the Department for Work and Pensions, overseeing significant business cases affecting substantial budgets and staff. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Policy & Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has completed Mini-MBA and Master’s level coursework in Business Administration at the University of London.
