Matthew Elsey

Matthew Elsey is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at BoxCast since May 2021, Matthew has successfully expanded engineering teams to 20 members while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Prior to BoxCast, Matthew held the position of Engineering Manager and Project Lead at MorelandConnect, where leadership was provided on over 10 large multi-year projects, including a custom ERP system for a high-revenue international company. Earlier in career, Matthew worked as a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Squirrels LLC, contributing to a custom e-commerce platform that generated significant online revenue and launching multiple new products. Matthew’s career began as a Web Developer and Designer at GHI Internet Services, where over 200 custom web projects were delivered. Matthew holds an Associate of Science degree in Internet Design and Development from Stark State College of Technology.
