Jefferson Araujo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jefferson initially worked at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis as a Consultor de imóveis from February 2011 to January 2012. Jefferson then transitioned to JBM Cobranças as an Agente de cobrança from September 2013 to December 2015. In 2016, they joined Veganet as a Supervisor de operações for a period of May to December. Jefferson subsequently worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Rapiddo from January 2017 to March 2018.
From April 2018 to January 2020, Jefferson served in two roles at iFood, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and later becoming an Analista de atendimento ao cliente. Moving on, they joined Lalamove in January 2020 as a CX Analyst, where they worked until October 2020. Jefferson then joined Box Delivery in October 2020, initially as an Operational Analyst and currently working as a Coordinator CS&Operations since April 2021.
Jefferson Araujo attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Gestão de Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a course on Inteligência Emocional at Escola Conquer in March 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Business Intelligence (BI) e Métricas from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in April 2018. In February 2013, they completed several courses at DRC Treinamentos, including Illustrator CC, InDesign com ePub CC, Photoshop CC (MÓD. 1), and Photoshop CC (MÓD. 2 Avançado).
