Wayne Jackson

Wayne Jackson serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Boxlight Corporation since June 2021. Previously, Wayne held the position of Partner at SeatonHill Partners, an elite CFO services provider, from January 2025 to April 2025. In addition, Wayne was the Interim co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, along with serving as Chief Financial Officer at FreshBooks from August 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that, Wayne served as Chief Financial Officer at Cantaloupe, Inc. from August 2020 to August 2022, and as Senior Vice President and CFO of SecureWorks from July 2015 to February 2020, where Wayne successfully led an IPO in 2016. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama, earned between January 1975 and January 1979.
