Darja Jaušovec

Darja Jaušovec is the Head of Materials Development and Laboratory at Boxmark Leather, where they research, develop, and implement materials, composites, and components for aerospace and automotive interior applications. They have a rich background in academia, having served as a guest researcher at the University of Leeds and University of Lund, as well as a postdoctoral research assistant at the University of Maribor. Darja earned a BSc in Textile Sciences and Engineering and a PhD in Environmental Protection from the University of Maribor. Their expertise includes laboratory testing, flammability, and compliance with legal and customer requirements.
