Neal previously served as the Cyber Practice Leader at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., handling over 350 cyber attack and breach claims globally. With a background in commercial property and liability claims adjusting, Neal also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and is pursuing a FCIP designation at the Insurance Institute of Canada.
