Justin Santos

Justin Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin started their career at Skyzone Indoor Trampoline Park in 2015, where they served as the Events/ Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the courts, overseeing maintenance teams, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks. Justin then moved on to work at Panera Bread as a Shift Supervisor from 2016 to 2022. Justin later joined the Boy Scouts of America - Northeast Illinois Council, where they held multiple positions, including Ecology Conservation Instructor, Assistant Trailblazer Director, Associated Area Director, and Director of Retail Operations. In these roles, they developed strategic plans, managed day-to-day operations, and optimized store performance. Justin also worked as a Professor Assistant at Carthage College starting in 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Server at Chili's, starting in 2023.

Justin Santos completed their Early Childhood Education Certificate - Level 5 at Wilco Area Career Center. Justin also obtained several certifications, including CPR & AED from the American Red Cross in October 2020, the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate (Additional Specialties) from Life Time Inc. in August 2019, and Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) from Wilco Area Career Center in May 2018. Justin attended Joliet Junior College from 2017 to 2018, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology. Prior to that, they graduated from Bolingbrook High School in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing their education at Lewis University, starting in 2018 and expected to graduate in 2021. From 2022 to 2023, Justin will be attending Carthage College, although the degree and field of study are not specified. Additionally, they have a certification as an Early Childhood Teacher from the Wilco Area Career Center and a Substitute Teacher - Five Year License from Gateway Technical College.
