Susan Rasch has extensive experience in volunteer engagement and community support, currently serving as a District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America: Sam Houston Area Council since March 2020. Previously, as a Volunteer Engagement Manager for Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council, Susan led data analysis, strategy development, and volunteer training while fostering community support for various programs. Earlier roles include Community Engagement Manager and Membership Marketing Specialist at YMCA of Greater Houston, where significant achievements included increasing membership sales and developing training programs. Susan’s background also encompasses positions in instructional design, esthetics, flight services, and wellness center management. Susan holds a degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts from Lone Star College.
