Billy Jo Jayne

Billy Jo Jayne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and advancement, currently serving as the Director of Development for the Seneca Waterways Council at the Boy Scouts of America since March 2024. Prior to this role, Billy Jo spent over two decades at Keuka College, progressing through various leadership positions, including Associate Vice President for Advancement and Sr. Director of Alumni Relations and Development. Responsibilities included overseeing advancement strategies, managing major gifts, directing scholarship programs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Billy Jo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Keuka College, earned between 2004 and 2010.
