Steve Kesten

Steve Kesten is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently, Steve serves as a shareholder at BoyarMiller, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private securities, private equity, and venture capital transactions since May 2001. Previously, Steve was the general counsel for The Markpoint Companies from January 1998 to January 2001, overseeing legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and compliance. Steve began a legal career as an associate at Hutcheson & Grundy, LLP, focusing on litigation and bankruptcy law from September 1990 to December 1997. Steve earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center between 1987 and 1990 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1987.
