Mirella Flores Gonzalez

Mirella Flores Gonzalez is a skilled computational biologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since August 2024 and brings extensive experience as a bioinformatician at Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research since September 2015, focusing on genome assembly and annotation for diploids and polyploids. Previously, Mirella served as a systems analyst at the International Potato Center from June 2014 to June 2015, where expertise included next-generation sequencing, virus analysis in plants, project management, data storage, big data, cloud computing, knowledge management, and software/database programming.
