Ben Kowalski

Ben Kowalski is an accomplished executive in the gaming industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President & Assistant General Manager at Boyd Gaming since June 2023, Ben's prior roles include significant leadership positions at PENN Entertainment, Inc., where tenure lasted from 2010 to June 2023, culminating as Vice President of Casino Operations, Multi Property. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Delaware North, Bellagio, Seneca Resorts & Casinos, Las Vegas Hilton, and Oneida Nation Enterprises. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration in Casino and Resort Management from LSU Shreveport, a Bachelor's degree in Business from American Public University, and an Associate's degree in Casino Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
