Kimberly Pool

Kimberly Pool is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and learning and development. Currently serving as Corporate Regional HR Manager for Boyd Gaming since 2006, Kimberly Pool oversees the learning function for the region, develops talent management strategies, and creates leadership development courses. Prior roles include Corporate HR Manager at Harrah's Entertainment, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs, and Assistant Superintendent of Public Relations and Marketing at Tulsa Public Schools, managing public relations and marketing for a large educational system. Kimberly Pool holds an Ed.D. in Education Administration and Applied Behavioral Studies from Oklahoma State University.
