Nataliya Korop

Nataliya Korop has a diverse work experience in human resources and legal fields. Nataliya is currently the Head of HR Shared Services at SOFTSWISS, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Andersen Lab as the Head of personnel department from July 2020 to May 2022. In 2020, they also had a brief role as a Specialist in HR at Aetsoft for two months. Before that, Nataliya served as a Juristic Consultant at OOO "Belglobastar" from October 2015 to April 2020, providing comprehensive legal support to four entities. Nataliya began their career at OAO "UNR KEU" in January 2009, where they worked as a HR Specialist until September 2015.

Nataliya Korop attended Minskiy Institut Upravleniya from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a general direction of study, focusing on Jurisprudence and the general field of study. Prior to that, they attended Mezhdunarodnyy Institut Trudovykh i Sotsial'nykh Otnosheniy from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Economics.
