Sean Tanner

Sean Tanner ASID RID NCIDQ is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the architecture and design industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Design at Boyd Gaming since January 2015, Sean has also held the position of Director of Design within the same company. In addition to corporate roles, Sean has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas from January 2016 to December 2023. Previous experience includes leadership as Senior Architectural Designer at Steelman Partners and Principal at Cagley & Tanner, where notable projects included the award-winning Crown Metropol Resort Pool in Australia. Additional roles at Marnell Architecture and Paul Steelman Design contributed to the successful development of renowned projects such as the Bellagio Spa Tower and iconic casinos. Sean Tanner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from San Diego State University.
