Michael Rogerson is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in benefits analysis and compensation strategies across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Boyd Group Services Inc., Michael has previously held similar roles at Refresco and MAPCO Express, where responsibilities included managing benefits teams, integrating wellness programs, and conducting quality audits in HRIS systems.
