Brianna Schaeffer

Brianna Schaeffer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 with an internship at Nuclea Biotechnologies. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer at FloDesign Sonics, Inc., where they conducted research on fluid component separation and implemented design changes. In 2014, they joined Boyd Biomedical as a Sourcebook Engineer, responsible for the development and management of a material sourcing platform. Brianna later became the Director of Sourcebook, driving its growth and innovation. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Senior Director of Services at Boyd Biomedical, developing strategic visions and standardized business processes. In 2019, they became the VP of Engineering, and in 2020, they were promoted to VP of Program Management. Additionally, in 2009, they worked as a Figure Skating Coach at the Pittsfield Figure Skating Club, educating and preparing students for tests and competitions.

Brianna Schaeffer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Western New England University. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, also from Western New England University. Brianna's education began at Pittsfield High School, where they pursued Arts and Sciences.
