Cori Helms

Cori Helms currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at Boyd Watterson Asset Management since April 2023. Previously, Cori held various roles at Prologis from December 2018 to March 2023, including Director, Manager, Associate, and Senior Analyst within Investment Services. Prior experience also includes positions as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at Transwestern, and an Analyst Intern role at HREC Investment Advisors. Cori began a career in event management with roles at Service Systems Associates. Cori holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a BSBA in Hospitality Management from the same institution. Additionally, Cori participated in a study abroad program at The University of Western Australia.
