Previously, Jeff held significant roles including CEO of Hodge Partners from 2003 to 2015, Vice Chairman at Diversified Search from June 2011 to September 2013, Managing Partner North America at Heidrick & Struggles from June 1995 to April 2003, and Managing Partner at Spencer Stuart from 1985 to 1995. Jeff holds a BSBA from Indiana University Bloomington.
