Jim Henry

Jim Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in board governance and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director and Chair of the Audit & Ethics Committee at Lawrence Livermore National Security LLC, as well as a Board Member for Spindletop Pain Management Holdings, LLC and Elevage Medical Technologies, Jim Henry also contributes as a Senior Advisor at Boyden and serves on the Advisory Council for ERA Partners LLC. Previous board positions include director roles at Crytica Security and Unison Energy, alongside leadership as the Board Chair for Spindletop Healthcare Acquisition Corp. Jim Henry has a notable tenure at PwC, where roles included Retired Partner, Global Managing Partner of Health Industries, and Managing Tax Partner.
