Joost Goudsmit is an experienced executive in the field of executive search and corporate governance, currently serving as an Associate Member at the Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen since February 2024. Goudsmit is also an active member of the People Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and a member of SER Topvrouwen and Talent naar de Top. With a strong background in leadership, Goudsmit has been the Managing Partner at Boyden global executive search since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Netherlands office and serving as the Global Financial Services Leader. Previously, Goudsmit co-owned and managed NMC-Nijsse International Executive Search BV and held the position of Senior Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles. Goudsmit holds an LL.M degree in Corporate Law from the University of Amsterdam.
