Kalina Petkova

Kalina Petkova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Principal at Boyden since October 2013, Kalina previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Carrefour Bulgaria from January 2010 to September 2013. Prior to that, Kalina was the People Matters Director for Bulgaria and Romania at Anheuser-Busch InBev from January 2008 to December 2009 and served as Human Resources Director at Kamenitza AD (Interbrew) from 2001 to December 2007. Kalina holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on organizational development from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and has a background from the Mathematical school Pleven.
