Veronica Moran

Veronica Moran is an experienced Director of Recruiting currently at Boyden since March 2022, following a merger with FPIA Partners, where Veronica has been a key figure since April 2020 focusing on financial services recruitment, particularly in public equities. With a strong background in executive search, Veronica has held various senior roles at FPIA Partners, leading a team in recruiting for international equities positions. Prior to that, contributions were made at Proco Global in supply chain recruitment, where notable achievements included recognition as Researcher of the Month and Top Biller of the Americas. Veronica has also worked in executive search across multiple industries at Narváez y Polanco and had a brief internship at Michael Page. Educationally, Veronica holds a B.S. in Pedagogy, Human Resources, and People Management from Universidad Panamericana.
