Oston J. is a dedicated teaching artist at Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory since January 2023, contributing to workforce development in film, art, and digital media in underserved communities. Oston co-founded and served as vice president of Jemba Against Domestic Violence for over a decade, focusing on awareness and community engagement. Additional experience includes acting as a scare performer at Universal Studios Hollywood and working in customer service roles at Idea Resource Systems and Dave's Hot Chicken. Oston is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts at California State University, Los Angeles, with a history of education in art studies and political science.
