Grant Kinnett

Grant Kinnett is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in retail and medical properties. Since June 2006, Grant has overseen Boyle Investment Company's retail and medical office property portfolio across the Middle Tennessee region, managing various aspects including leasing, development, asset management, and acquisitions. Additionally, Grant served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Development & Investment at Owen Graduate School of Management from March 2010 to December 2020, educating hundreds of graduate students in the field. Previous roles include Officer in Corporate Banking at Synovus Financial Corp. and Analyst at Morris, Manning & Martin. Grant holds an MBA in Finance & Real Estate and a BA in Political Science and American History from Vanderbilt University.
