Paul Boyle

Paul Boyle is the Chairman of Boyle Investment Company. Boyle oversees all of the company's operations. He reviews the operation of Boyle's land, residential, office, and retail departments and provides financial analysis of partnership and joint venture structures and projects.

Boyle began his career as a laborer with Mid America Construction Company, but soon was overseeing the construction of numerous projects including the Southcrest Medical Office Building in Southaven, Mississippi. Later, Boyle was involved in the development of large multi-use development projects, including Price Farms, Humphreys North, and residential projects such as The Cloisters of River Oaks.

Boyle is a graduate of St. George's, Memphis University School, and Washington and Lee University. He began his real estate career in 1992 and has completed extensive studies in the areas of real estate finance and appraisal.

Boyle previously served on the board of the Memphis Regional Design Center and as treasurer of the Hickory Hill Chapter of the Memphis Boys and Girls Clubs. He is a graduate of the New Memphis Institute and Leadership Memphis. He currently serves on the boards of Baptist Memorial Hospital, the Chairman's Circle of the Memphis Chamber, the Memphis and Shelby County Law Enforcement Foundation, and on the Executive Committee of the Commercial Real Estate Owners Alliance. He is a founding member of the University of Tennessee/West Institute for Cancer Research. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Germantown Presbyterian Church.
