Zac Fosler

Zac Fosler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in housing management and education. Currently serving as the Executive Director and CEO of the Ypsilanti Housing Commission since April 2013, Zac has a proven track record in strategic management of housing authority operations and personnel. Prior to this role, Zac held the position of Executive Director at the Gallia Metropolitan Housing Authority from March 2009 to March 2013, overseeing multiple housing programs and managing procurement for rehabilitation projects. Zac also served as the Financial & Program Systems Manager for the Town of Bernalillo Department of Housing Services, contributing to the preparation of annual plans and financial reports. In addition to a professional focus on housing, Zac has been a PSIA/AASI-certified ski and snowboard instructor at Boyne Mountain Resort since 2013, teaching skiing to various age groups on weekends. Zac holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Northern Michigan University.
