Quintasha Smith, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio since November 2020, Quintasha has previously held significant positions, including HR Manager and Human Resources Payroll Consultant at Master Builders Solutions, Compensation Benefits Manager at Hawken School, and Human Resources Generalist at City of Cleveland Heights. Additional roles include Payroll Manager at Lakeland Community College and Human Resources Generalist at Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry. With a robust educational background that includes a degree in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and an Associate of Arts in Human Resources Management from Lakeland Community College, Quintasha is well-equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective HR management.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland is a nonprofit organization providing safe, fun places for kids ages 6-18 in the city and inner-ring suburbs. Our Clubs offer after-school arts, academics, music, athletics and character-building programs. Our mission is to inspire and enable the young people who need us most to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
