Quintasha Smith, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio since November 2020, Quintasha has previously held significant positions, including HR Manager and Human Resources Payroll Consultant at Master Builders Solutions, Compensation Benefits Manager at Hawken School, and Human Resources Generalist at City of Cleveland Heights.
