Jenny Schmidt

Jenny Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager at Gustavus Adolphus College since March 2020, Schmidt has previously held roles including Campus Recruiter/TA Coordinator at Braun Intertec Corporation and Contractor Coordinator at City Wide Maintenance of Minnesota. Additionally, Schmidt has a background in coaching, having worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at both Northern Lights Juniors Club and Gustavus Adolphus College, as well as a Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of Dubuque. Schmidt holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dubuque and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Coaching from Gustavus Adolphus College.
