Carla Jones-Adams

Carla Jones-Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth development and program management, currently serving as the Director of Life & Workforce Readiness at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston since February 2018. In this role, Carla focuses on the development and evaluation of high-quality workforce readiness programs aligned with organizational goals. Previous positions include Program Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved collaborating with partners, mentoring colleagues, and supervising multiple Club Directors. With a strong foundation in education, including a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, Carla has contributed to various organizations, including managing programs for youth at the Houston Texans Teen Club and overseeing early childhood education at New Faith Baptist Church Christian Academy.
