Latashya Dupard

LaTashya Dupard is an experienced professional in community enrichment and program management, currently serving as Programs Manager for STEAM at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston since August 2022. LaTashya co-founded Persistently A W O M A N in January 2021 and previously held roles at YWCA Houston as Community Enrichment Program Manager and Case Manager from November 2019 to August 2022. Additional experience includes coordinating community programs at Project Row Houses and serving as Program Assistant at YES to YOUTH Montgomery County Youth Services. LaTashya also worked as a Prevention Specialist and Youth Outreach Coordinator at Positive Action, Inc. and HELLO HEMPSTEAD INC, respectively. An administrative intern at Third Ward Community Cloth Co and an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry professional at Prairie View A&M University, LaTashya holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Prairie View A&M University, obtained in 2018.
